We handle all of the details from start to finish, from initial consultation and analysis, to application and documentation, to walking the application through the Department of Revenue to ensure prompt and careful attention to your application, including answering any questions the state may have. We can even help you to market and sell tax credits and produce cash.

We assist clients in determining their eligibility for this program by fully understanding the complex Brownfields Tax Credit program. Our extensive experience allows us to become familiar with your situation and analyze the details. If our analysis determines that the criteria have been satisfied, and you appear to be eligible for the rebate, we will work on your behalf to produce the necessary documentation, complete the application process, and write the report that is required for you to earn the rebate.

Our services are performed at no risk to you. Our initial consultations are free and can usually be performed over the phone in a matter of minutes. If it appears that you might qualify for this program, we will continue the process on a contingency basis. Our fee is based on the value of your tax credit. No recovery – no fee!
